Carl Robinson

President

Carl has recently pivoted to being primarily a ceramic artist after a long career as a leadership advisor to senior executives and scientists. He has served on several non-profit boards in various capacities including, most recently, as President of the College Club Seattle. In his early years he worked on a ranch where he learned to build buildings from the ground up and then became a craftsman for the artist/sculpture, James Hubbell, outside of San Diego. Returning to college, he completed his undergraduate degree and then pursued a PhD in counseling psychology before segueing into management consulting. He is a passionate cook, loves sculling (rowing), and enjoys spending time with his partner at her island cabin in the South Sound where he has a small ceramic studio (Pumphouse Studio). He has two adult children who, lucky for him, live in Seattle.
